We are PxP Shape, a dynamic company founded by two experienced partners, specializing in the delivery and support of recruitment IT solutions (ATS) for large international organizations. We are currently seeking a Junior Consultant who will play a key role in supporting our operations and client projects.

 

Job Description

As a Junior ATS Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting and configuring ATS solutions for our clients. You may also be involved in delivering training sessions to ensure successful adoption and effective use of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to understand their specific requirements and objectives related to the ATS solution.
• Analyze client needs and configure ATS solutions accordingly, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Conduct thorough testing of ATS configurations to identify and resolve issues or bugs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and training materials.
• Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support, guiding clients through ATS features and functionalities to maximize value.

This position is addressed tostudents, so no prior professional experience is required. However, an educational background or strong interest inHR/recruitment or IT, preferably with exposure to consulting, support, or other client-facing roles, will be considered an advantage. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently will be essential in understanding and addressing our clients’ unique needs and challenges.

Fluency in both English and German is required.We are also looking for candidates with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills who enjoy working as part of a team.

Minimum time commitment:70% of full-time.

We only accept candidates already based in Kraków.
